At Flatiron, we stand behind the quality of our artisanal food products; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on non-perishable items. Due to health and safety regulations, perishable goods cannot be returned, but we will gladly issue a replacement or credit for any items that arrive damaged.

Verification and Photos
For items damaged during transit, please provide clear photographs of the packaging and the product to expedite your claim.
Return Shipment
Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible non-perishable goods to be sent back to our warehouse.
Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
